Travel Planning Fee Policy

FreedomWorks Travel, a travel service of FreedomWorks Group, LLC, provides personalized travel planning services designed to simplify the process of researching, organizing, and booking your travel experience.

To ensure dedicated time and attention is given to each client, FreedomWorks Travel charges a $25 Professional Travel Planning Fee for new trip inquiries.

This fee allows time to research destinations, review supplier availability, evaluate pricing, and prepare travel recommendations tailored specifically to your trip.

The planning fee is collected before travel research begins. Once the planning fee is received, FreedomWorks Travel will begin researching options and preparing recommendations for your travel plans.

Section 2 - What the Planning Fee Covers

• researching destinations and travel options

• reviewing availability and pricing with travel suppliers

• preparing travel recommendations and itinerary options

• coordinating travel logistics and travel details

• providing guidance throughout the planning process

Section 3 - Additional Planning Fees

Some travel requests require significantly more time and coordination. In these situations, additional planning fees may apply.

Examples include:

• large group travel

• destination weddings

• multi-destination itineraries

• complex international travel

• highly customized travel planning

If additional planning fees are required, they will always be discussed and approved in advance before additional work begins.

Section 4 - Non-Refundable Planning Fee

The Professional Travel Planning Fee is non-refundable, as it compensates for the time and expertise involved in researching and preparing travel recommendations.

Section 6 - Booking and Supplier Payments

FreedomWorks Travel operates as a travel advisory service of FreedomWorks Group, LLC, and independent travel advisor affiliated with Travelmation, LLC.

FreedomWorks Group, LLC acts as a booking agent for travel suppliers including cruise lines, resorts, hotels, airlines, and tour operators.

All travel deposits and final payments for reservations are paid directly to the travel supplier, not to FreedomWorks Group, LLC.

Section 5 - Planning Scope and Revisions

FreedomWorks Travel will provide professionally researched travel recommendations based on the information provided by the client.

To ensure an efficient planning process, travel proposals are typically limited to a reasonable number of itinerary options and revisions based on the client's stated preferences, budget, and travel goals.

If significant changes to the travel request are made after proposals have been prepared, or if additional research beyond the original scope of the request is required, additional planning fees may apply. Any additional fees will always be discussed and approved before additional work begins.

FreedomWorks Travel reserves the right to decline or discontinue planning services if a travel request requires excessive revisions, substantial changes to the original request, or research beyond the agreed planning scope.

In such cases, any planning fees already paid remain non-refundable, as they compensate for the time spent researching and preparing travel recommendations.
